Dear Rotary Members,

The Lightscape Foundation and the Rotary Club of Washington, DC would like to invite you to volunteer for  the 2018 World Press Photo exhibition being held October 27th – November 25th at the Dupont Underground in Washington, DC.

Seen by 4 million people in 100 countries, the 2018 exhibition represents the best in photojournalism  and captures important issues facing our community, the country and the world.

The World Press Photo exhibit is a labor of love and a commitment to the sharing of issues and ideas, with the goal of offering visitors a better understanding of our world, and in some cases, a call to action.

The exhibition is an all-volunteer effort.  As a sponsor of the exhibition, Rotary plays an integral role in achieving that mission.  Without the commitment and dedication of Rotary volunteers, the 2017 exhibit would not have been the success that it was.

To volunteer, simply click on the link below.  At least two volunteers are needed per shift, so please sign up with a friend and make a day or evening of it in Dupont Circle. You are also welcome and encouraged to share this link with anyone you feel would be interested in volunteering.

Volunteers are able to enjoy the exhibit and see the Dupont Underground free-of-charge.

Yours in Rotary, Pamela Stern-Green, Volunteer Coordinator
