President Abe Helal opened the meeting at 12:30 pm and requested everyone silence all cell phones.

Erminia Scarcella gave the Words of Inspiration and reminded everyone to enjoy life and with that includes being apart of Rotary.

Acting Sergeant-at-Arms Lisa McCurdy then announced the birthdays and anniversaries.
 
Bala Murthy reminded everyone of the Yoga Fellowship that will be taking place in the next few weeks.
 
Marilyn Cruz introduced the latest Red Badge member, Adam Greenwald.
 
President Abe Helal was the speaker of the day and reminded everyone about the upcoming District Conference. 
 
Lynn Holec then gave the Treasurers Report, stating “we are in the black” due to continuing effort to pay dues on time and being diligent with every dollar coming out of the Club. 
 
Matt Ford provided the Community Service Grants Committee Report and showcased the multiple non-profits that our club sponsors.  Matt reminded everyone the Community Service Grants do so much good throughout our community. 
 
Glen O’Gilvie and Marcia Dyson reminded everyone they can buy ducks for the Duck Race online or just by texting “Quack” to #41444.  They also requested further volunteers.
 
David Klaus quickly provided the Foundation Report. 
 
President Elect Lisa McCurdy reiterated her goals for the upcoming year. 
 
President Abe Helal adjourned the weekly meeting with final remarks at 1:40p.m.
