Rotaract week program was scheduled during the normal Rotary Luncheon Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Rotaract announced guests and visiting Rotarians, birthdays and anniversaries, and making the announcements on behalf of the club. They also provided the words of inspiration, the guest speaker, and served as greeters. 
 
Rotaract President Amanda Silva opened the meeting at 12:30 pm and requested everyone silence all cell phones.  She led us all in the Pledge of Allegiance.
 
Rotaract Secretary Alexander Tu called names of guests and visiting Rotarians.

The guest speaker was introduced, Wilson Frota – A Brazilian national and has been living in the US for about 10 years.  He has over 20 years of experience in the international public sector and private sector, mostly in Latin America and the Unites States. During his career, he specialized in international development and human capital development, and has significant experience with youth engagement in corporate settings. Wilson is currently a Senior Operations Officer at the World Bank Group. Before Joining the World Bank he was the Vice-president for Human Resources for the Caribbean and Central America regions with Citigroup’s Corporate & Investment Bank.
 
Wilson holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA in Organizational Development, both from the Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
 
Following an engaging question and answer session, Rotaract President Amanda Silva presented the tree certificate to the speaker.
